History and Lineage of Mad Mark's

When Mark was a young lad his family would spend their summers on the glorious beaches of Plum Island. Bummed out that he wasn't spending his summers running a muck with his friends back home in the city, Mark would mozy around the island and only found comfortable and peace of mind at the islands local eatery, at the time called, Funky Town. The funky eclectic vibe the restaurant gave off enticed young Mark's exaggeration and curiosity to these summer vacations. Mark didn't know then but that would become the place he would grow to love, and eventually call home himself.
